Before you arrive
Know the way before you go.
New places can be a lot. Here is the route from the street to the couch, photo by photo, so nothing on the day is a surprise.

Please read first: stairs only
The office is on the second floor and reached by a flight of stairs. Unfortunately, the building cannot accommodate clients with mobility differences. Clients who use mobility aids would be better, and more safely, served by telehealth, which is available for every kind of session Kara offers.
Arrive
The office is steps from the West Concord commuter rail station, so the train is an easy option.
Park
There is free parking behind the building.
Find the 114R door
Go around to the back. The entrance is the gray door marked 114R.
Head upstairs
One flight of stairs, with a handrail, to the second floor.
Settle in the waiting room
Kindly wait in the waiting room until Kara comes to get you. The restroom is a single-occupant, all-gender restroom.
Your session
The office is queer-friendly and affirming. Take whichever seat feels right.
Or stay home
Telehealth, from anywhere in Massachusetts.
Video sessions work for individuals, couples and polycules. Find a private spot where you won’t be overheard, use headphones if you share a home, and join a few minutes early. You need to be in Massachusetts during the session, since that’s where Kara is licensed.
